Bruges officially announced that the team has completed a contract extension with Belgian goalkeeper Mignole.
After agreeing to renew the contract, Mignolet signed a new contract with Bruges that expired in the summer of 2025.
The 32-year-old Mignolet was born in Saint-Tourdon and he came from the youth training of Saint-Tourdon.
The Belgian national has also played for Sunderland and Liverpool. He has played 245 times in the Premier League.
Mignolet was Liverpool’s main goalkeeper. He played 204 times for the Reds in all competitions before losing his position.
Mignolet joined Bruges from Liverpool last summer and his transfer fee was 7 million euros.
